White Pine Market is looking for talented vendors! We want your refurbished furniture and handmade goods. Floral decor, local honey, syrup, and jam would be awesome. Keep in mind that the store is located in a tourism based economy so vacationers are expected to be a healthy portion of our customers. I am looking for a wide variety.:)
I have 3X5 foot spaces for rent at $60 per month. You can build your own booth as you would like. I also have 8 displays measuring approx 2.5X1.5ft with lots of space for your products. These will rent for $40 per month. I have lots of display hooks and such for baby hats, compartments for small items, and more for your use. I would also like to have a variety of additional shelves for people wanting to “try it out” ranging from $15-$30 per month.
Along with the rent I will charge 15% of sales if the vendor works 8 hrs per month in store as cashier. If you do not choose to work, I will charge 20%. Multiple vendors are allowed to share a booth or display but I will just cut one check per space so it’s up to the vendors to split. I am using Square for my point of sale system as it seems to be the most user friendly.
I also plan to reduce rates for the months January through May, to plan for the slower time of year. Please fill out an application if you would like to vend at White Pine Market, and what type of space you want.
UPDATE: Now that all the booths are filled, any applications coming in will be considered once a space becomes available.
